Nachamu, Nachamu Ami
This are the first words of this haftarah of Va'etchanan, 11 Menachem Av, for our suffering during golus, but also the first of seven haftarah of consolations, between Tisha B'Av and Rosh Hashanah.
The consolation of the destruction of the two Beis HaMikdash is that HaShem promised us that the Beis HaMikdash will be rebuilt after the coming of the Moshiach.
